What are my payment options?

FIA Bookstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via Paypal.  We currently do not accept international wire transfers.

What is your return policy?

All the reference books can only be returned within 30 calendar days with brand new condition and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To submit a return request, please visit Return Policy and fill out the form.
 
All other study manuals have their own return policy.  Please see its corresponding return policy.

What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

Click on "Notify Me" button for the item that is out of stock.  When the item is back in stock, we can ship it as soon as possible.

How to cancel or change order?

Please send us an email to change order.  Be sure to include the order number in the email.  We will try our best to accommodate your change.  For cancellation, it would be varied depends on the order status.  We will work with you closely to satisfy your request.
